四個(gè)朋友斯科特（布萊恩·哈利塞 Brian Hallisay 飾）、卡特（琦普·帕杜 Kip Pardue 飾）、賈斯汀和邁克相約，離開他們乏味或者控制欲旺盛的女友，結(jié)伴前往拉斯維加斯，預(yù)備開始一場(chǎng)獵艷消遣之旅。賭場(chǎng)中，兩名女郎向四人發(fā)出邀請(qǐng)，令他們參與了一處荒僻建筑物中的私密狂野派對(duì)，他們玩得好不盡興，豈料當(dāng)晚邁克失蹤，次日焦急的朋友們通過昨夜女郎留下的地址尋找邁克的下落，結(jié)果被卷入了一場(chǎng)獵殺游戲。原來有一支秘密的獵人俱樂部，在賭城中捕獲游客，供會(huì)員們殺害與賭博。斯科特等人淪為獵物，等待他們的將是無情的殘殺，而這幾位朋友之中，有一位竟然也是俱樂部會(huì)員……
